GROUP SESSIONS

In Attitudinal Healing groups, we create a safe and welcoming space to share from the heart, free from judgment or expectations. Through mutual support, mindful listening, and principles such as forgiveness, compassion, and choosing love over fear, we nurture a new attitude towards life. Each gathering offers an opportunity to experience connection, inner peace, and the strength that comes from community.

WELLBEING PROJECTS

Beyond individual and group sessions, I collaborate on a variety of projects focused on emotional and mental wellbeing, both on a personal and community level. I am open to engaging in new initiatives that create spaces of balance, awareness, and authentic connection.
